Job summary

Wavestone in New York, NY seeks a Senior Manager for AI & Data Strategy and Transformation Consulting to lead complex AI readiness, strategy, and transformation engagements. You will partner with executive leaders to prioritize use cases, design operating models, and build business cases that translate AI ambitions into measurable business value.

Qualified candidates have 14+ years in management consulting or enterprise transformation, with strong leadership, advisory, and change-management

Qualifications

Strong advisory and transformation delivery experience.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams.
Experience leading AI strategy or AI-enabled transformation engagements.
Track record of developing managers and client teams.

Responsibilities

Lead AI strategy and transformation engagements from readiness to roadmap execution and adoption.
Advise senior leaders on AI opportunities, investment priorities, and operating models.
Identify and prioritize AI use cases with business value and feasible data readiness.
Design AI operating models with clear ownership, funding, and governance.
Develop business cases and value realization plans linking AI adoption to measurable results.
Drive adoption through change plans, communications, and communities of practice.

Education

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Organizational Change, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
