Wavestone is seeking an AI & Data Strategy and Transformation Consulting Manager in the New York area. This full-time role focuses on translating AI ambition into business outcomes, mentoring teams, and driving responsible AI adoption across client engagements.

You will lead strategy workstreams, coordinate cross-functional teams, and shape market offerings, while collaborating with executives and capability specialists to deliver scalable value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, technology strategy, or enterprise transformation, including AI strategy or AI-enabled transformation engagements, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Demonstrated experience producing client-ready assessments, strategies, roadmaps, business cases, or operating model and adoption plans; exceptional communication and stakeholder skills.
• Certifications in AI, change management, project management, or cloud/data are a plus but not a substitute for advisory delivery experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead AI strategy and transformation engagements from readiness through roadmap development, execution support, and scaled adoption.
• Advise senior leaders on AI opportunities, operating models, and organizational changes to realize business value.
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases via stakeholder interviews and workshops; develop portfolios and roadmaps.
• Design AI operating models with ownership, funding, and governance; collaborate with responsible AI, risk, security, and data teams.
• Develop business cases and value realization plans with outcome baselines and ownership of benefits.
• Lead adoption and capability uplift through stakeholder engagement, AI literacy, change plans, and communities of practice.
• Develop client opportunities and market offerings with account leaders; shape proposals and create reusable assets.
• Guide AI-enabled work and process redesign, coordinating business, change, data, and engineering teams; track adoption and benefits.
• Drive business development for AI capabilities within existing and new clients.
• Executive Facilitation & Stakeholder Management: lead discovery interviews, executive briefings, and decision workshops.
