Responsibilities

• Lead and scale enterprise AI adoption, governance, and value realization.
• Manage AI governance frameworks, Steering Committee processes, risk-tier evaluations.
• Drive AI enablement programs, learning initiatives, and change management.
• Identify AI opportunities aligned with enterprise objectives to improve workflows and outcomes.
• Develop AI value metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting with Finance and business leaders.
• Evaluate AI vendors and partnerships to support healthcare and PBM capabilities.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and a culture of responsible AI.
