AuxoAI is seeking a Consulting Senior Manager to lead AI-powered Marketing and Sales capabilities for enterprise clients. You will combine deep functional expertise in Marketing and Sales with consulting experience, AI product management, and stakeholder leadership to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.

This role requires managing client relationships, mentoring cross-functional teams, and driving successful implementation of AI products from concept to adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Product Strategy for Marketing & Sales, owning vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of AI-enabled capabilities.
• Bridge Business and AI Solution Development by translating Marketing and Sales problems into product requirements with data scientists and engineers.
• Provide Functional Expertise in Go-to-Market Operations across demand gen, digital marketing, ABM, lead management, pipeline, and revenue operations.
• Drive AI Use Cases Across the Revenue Funnel including MMM, MTA, Lead 360/Customer 360, Next Best Action, and AI-powered Sales Ops.
• Lead Consulting Engagements and Client Relationships by managing executive stakeholders, defining business value, and ensuring successful delivery.
• Manage Cross-functional Delivery Teams spanning Product, Data Science, Engineering, UX, Delivery, and Business Consulting.
• Act as the Product Manager for AI Capabilities, prioritizing features, writing BRDs, evaluating performance, and driving adoption.
• Mentor and Develop Technical Teams by coaching FDEs, data scientists, product analysts, and junior consultants.
