Job summary

PNC is seeking a Strategy & Planning Specialist Senior for its Technology organization, based in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH. The role partners with business, risk, data, and engineering teams to translate AI opportunities into strategy, roadmaps, and governance.

Qualifications

Experience in strategy, business analysis, product or program operations, data and analytics, technology transformation, or AI/GenAI initiatives.
Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and operate across business, technology, and risk partners.
Proven ability to define requirements, track delivery progress, and support AI adoption.

Responsibilities

Analyze business problems and AI opportunities to identify high-impact use cases.
Support use case intake, prioritization, documentation, and approvals.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align priorities and remove blockers.
Define success metrics and track adoption, efficiency, risk, and value outcomes.
Prepare executive-ready updates and recommendations.
Support change management for AI-enabled capabilities.
