Job summary

Broccoli AI in San Francisco seeks a Senior Director of AI Strategy to lead AI value creation for our most strategic PE-backed customers. You’ll own outcomes across locations, driving ROI and EBITDA improvements, while guiding an on‑account team of implementation, customer success and forward‑deployed engineers.

You’ll partner with CEOs, CFOs and PE sponsors, translate field learnings into product and operating model changes, and travel as needed to build executive relationships and deliver

Qualifications

• 10+ years in PE value creation or operating-partner roles or top-tier consulting.
• Proven track record of EBITDA, margin, revenue or operational improvements.
• Customer obsession with measurable impact.
• Credibility with sponsors, boards, CEOs, CFOs.
• Comfort pulling numbers and building models.
• Ability to build executive-ready slides.
• Deep operational knowledge of roll-up businesses.
• AI-native mindset and daily use of AI tools.
• Willingness to work in-person 5 days a week in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Own the outcome on each account: maximize value, quantify ROI and EBITDA impact.
• Diagnose performance gaps across technology, people, process.
• Drive expansion into more AI products and locations.
• Direct the on-account team (implementation, customer success, forward-deployed engineers).
• Be the proactive partner to CEOs, CFOs, and PE partners.
• Feed learnings back to Product, Engineering, Operations to shape roadmap.
• Travel to customers as needed to build executive relationships and ensure results.
