LMI in Washington, DC seeks a Senior AI and Transformation Lead to guide AI strategy and adoption for CBP-focused programs. You will lead AI strategy, identify high-value use cases, and educate stakeholders on capabilities, risks, and practical applications.

The role requires U.S. citizenship and CBP BI eligibility; you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across security, privacy, and procurement to ensure compliant, mission-focused delivery of AI-enabled transformations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
8+ years in Agile software delivery or technical program management.
3+ years as RTE or equivalent Agile delivery leadership in scaled Agile.
SAFe RTE certification and SAFe Agilist (SA) or equivalent.

Responsabilités

Lead AI strategy, adoption approach, and implementation roadmap for PMOD/CBP-related efforts.
Serve as senior AI SME and trusted advisor to PMOD leadership and CBP stakeholders.
Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases aligning with mission outcomes.
Advise on AI capabilities, governance, risks, and responsible implementation.
Design and support AI solutions including requirements, architecture, pilot, evaluation, and scaling.
Maintain awareness of CBP AI activities and governance structures for coordination.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policy-compliant AI initiatives.
Translate evolving federal guidance into practical program recommendations and delivery actions.
Develop executive-ready briefings and dashboards communicating AI opportunities and needs.
Educate stakeholders through briefings, workshops, and demonstrations on AI concepts.
