Job summary
LMI in the United States (Washington) seeks a Senior AI and Agile Transformation Lead to guide PMOD’s AI strategy and adoption for federal government clients. You will act as a senior AI expert to PMOD leadership, design and implement AI solutions, and ensure governance across CBP and related offices.
Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential. You will also lead Agile transformation efforts, establish ARTs, and facilitate PI Planning and delivery cadences, working with Jira,
Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years in Agile software delivery or program management.
- Experience leading scaled Agile transformations and ARTs.
- Proven ability to stand up ARTs and drive large change initiatives.
- Experience coordinating with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI strategy development, adoption, and implementation roadmaps.
- Act as senior AI subject-matter expert to leadership and teams.
- Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases aligned to mission outcomes.
- Educate stakeholders on AI capabilities, risks, and governance.
- Design AI solutions for government customers, including requirements and pilots.
- Collaborate across CBP and enterprise stakeholders to ensure policy alignment.
- Develop executive briefings, dashboards, and status reports.
