Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 12+ years of hands-on technical experience in enterprise storage, data infrastructure, solutions architecture, systems engineering, or pre-sales.
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting storage solutions in live customer environments.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, GPU compute environments, and file, object, and block storage technologies.
• Excellent communication and technical consulting skills with experience leading customer evaluations and PoCs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end proofs of concept (PoCs), including deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and validation of storage solutions in customer environments.
• Serve as the trusted technical advisor for customers, translating requirements into optimized storage solutions for AI/ML workloads.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and customers to accelerate solution adoption and gather field feedback.
• Support integration of storage into GPU infrastructure, AI data pipelines, and large-scale AI environments.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple concurrent engagements and scale Dell's AI Select Storage business.
