Job summary

AMD is seeking a Sr. Manager, AI Storage Solutions to shape the next generation of Data Center AI infrastructure. You will own storage strategy, translate customer insights into requirements, and lead cross‑functional initiatives within the Data Center Solutions Product Management team.

This hybrid role is based in Austin TX or Santa Clara CA with potential Seattle WA relocation, and involves collaborating with engineering, marketing, and standards bodies to drive impactful storage innovations.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science; MBA preferred.
• Experience with data center storage technologies for AI workloads.
• Familiarity with GPUs, memory, CPUs, networking and AI software stacks.
• Experience with standards bodies (JEDEC, SNIA) is a plus.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead multiple initiatives.
• Background in product management, systems engineering, or architecture-driven roles.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage strategic storage solutions aligned to AMD’s AI and Data Center Solutions strategy.
• Evangelize AMD's storage technologies.
• Translate customer insights into clear product strategies and requirements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Represent AMD in standards bodies and industry forums where applicable.
