HRforGrowth seeks a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to own the full technical delivery lifecycle for wellness clients, from pre-sales through production deployment. You will build AI-powered, production-grade systems and work directly with client teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes architecture design, data integration, and cross-functional collaboration, with remote work option and competitive equity. Visa sponsorship is not available in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience owning full technical delivery for clients, including pre-sales and post-sale integration.
• Ability to design end-to-end system architectures and produce complete architecture diagrams.
• Experience building data and machine learning pipelines, including PySpark and ETL/ELT.

Responsibilities

• Own the full technical delivery lifecycle for wellness clients, including pre-sales demonstrations and production deployment.
• Build customer-facing demonstrations and translate requirements into production-ready solutions.
• Architect and build AI agents and insight products using platform tools.
• Integrate client data systems and design data ingestion and ETL pipelines.
• Collaborate with client teams and feed learnings back into the core platform.
