Qualifications

• Production-ready AI solutions and automation experience.
• Experience deploying AI in enterprise environments and driving automation initiatives.
• Hands-on development with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Foundry and related AI tools.
• Experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders and translating into technical designs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application development and software best practices.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business stakeholders to understand workflows, identify automation opportunities, and scope AI solutions.
• Gather functional and technical requirements through collaboration with end users.
• Evaluate processes to determine when AI, Power Automate, or RPA is most appropriate.
• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI agents and workflow automation in production.
• Build AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Foundry, and related technologies.
• Develop automation using Power Automate and RPA tools.
• Bridge business and technical teams, translating challenges into scalable AI/automation solutions.
• Support, monitor, and optimize AI/automation post-deployment.
• Collaborate to drive enterprise AI adoption and governance.
• Document architectures, approaches, and best practices.
• Contribute to the AI strategy and enablement roadmap.
