Job summary

Parasail AI Inc is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team and drive trust with customers building on Parasail's AI platform. You will own discovery, scope proofs of concept, and partner with product and engineering to deliver working results at scale.

You will write production-grade Python code, discuss latency, throughput, and cost tradeoffs credibly, and operate across AWS, Azure, or GCP to support real workloads.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical, customer facing roles such as solutions or sales engineering, forward deployed engineering, or applied AI.
• You can discuss latency, throughput, and cost tradeoffs without hand waving.
• You write production-ready code in Python and read/debug production systems.

Responsibilities

• Benchmark inference, understand customer requirements, and propose solutions.
• Scope proofs of concept, measure success, and drive to a working result with product/engineering teams.
• Tune deployments for latency, throughput, and cost, and advise on model serving approaches.
• Maintain the customer relationship from discovery to sign-off, translating field feedback into roadmap input.
