Job summary

You will run focused proofs of concept, align success metrics with product and engineering, tune deployments for production performance, and maintain a trusted technical partnership with executives and engineers across accounts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical, customer-facing roles such as solutions or sales engineering.
• Fluency with inference, ability to discuss latency, throughput, and cost.
• Proficient in Python to build and debug production code.
• Experience deploying workloads on AWS, Azure, or GCP at scale.
• Strong communicator capable of guiding discovery calls and presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own customer engagements end to end, benchmark inference, and write production-ready code to unblock customers.
• Run focused proofs of concept, align success metrics with product and engineering, and drive it to a working result.
• Tune deployments for production performance, latency, throughput, and cost numbers.
• Maintain a trusted technical partnership with executives and engineers across accounts.
