Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical engineering experience.
• 7+ years of professional experience in post-sales and pre-sales roles working directly with customers on distributed software and system architecture deployments.
• 2+ years' experience in Generative and Agentic AI, machine learning platforms, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and event-driven architectures across cloud-native + hybrid platforms and large-scale enterprise data architectures.
• AI experience realizing customer business outcomes with fast time to value.
• Top Secret Security Clearance or ability to get one
• Willingness and ability to travel within assigned territory to meet business and customer engagement requirements.

Responsibilities

• Architect and prototype AI solutions with Cisco AI infrastructure and Splunk portfolio to shorten customer time-to-value.
• Collaborate with Cisco product engineering to provide field-level insights and evolve AI-integrated portfolio.
• Mentor and collaborate with Forward Deployed Solution Engineers to foster technical excellence and ownership.
• Influence technical decision markers to accelerate customer outcomes and drive durable growth through retention and expansion.
