Job summary
Usercentrics is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to own the technical side of MCP Manager evaluations from discovery to onboarding. You will work with Account Executives to win deals, lead security reviews with CISOs, and build demos and technical materials to show MCP Manager in action within the client’s AI stack.
You will collaborate with Customer Success post-sale and resolve technical issues using AI coding assistants, contributing to a scalable, secure governance layer for AI agent
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role at a B2B software company.
- Experience running technical evaluations and PoCs that convert to closed deals.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with AI leads, engineering managers, and IT teams to map prospect AI clients, MCP servers, identity providers, and governance requirements.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations showing MCP Manager governing the prospect's tools and workflows.
- Support PoCs by scoping technical blockers, configuring gateways and identities, and documenting outcomes for the deal team.
- Lead security questionnaires, architecture reviews, and vendor due diligence with CISOs and security teams.
- Build demo environments, solution plans, and technical guides in collaboration with Customer Success after the sale.
