Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software or technical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Strong AI tech knowledge (LLMs, generative AI) and integration into systems.
• Experience designing AI solutions to improve productivity/automation.
• Ability to prototype and evaluate new technologies quickly.
• Understanding of secure software development and AI security.
• Experience in security/compliance heavy environments.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
