Innovative Defense Technologies is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to join the Missile Defense team in Mount Laurel, NJ, with on-site requirements at Mt. Laurel, Arlington, or San Diego locations. The role requires an active Secret U.S.

Security Clearance and 5+ days in-office in Mt. Laurel, NJ. You will apply AI technologies, prototype tools, and integrate AI-enabled solutions while collaborating with security, program management, and engineering teams to meet regulatory and operational

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software or technical experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain an active Secret clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
• Experience with modern AI Technologies, LLMs, Generative AI tools, and AI-enabled development.
• Ability to prototype and evaluate new technologies for value.

Responsibilities

• Apply AI technologies to improve productivity, decision-making, and automation.
