Job summary

Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT) is seeking an AI Solutions Developer for their Missile Defense team. This full-time, on-site position will be based out of Mount Laurel, NJ, Arlington, VA, or San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI technologies, particularly in applying them to improve productivity and decision-making processes.

Key responsibilities include researching AI tools, collaborating with internal teams, and implementing AI solutions into workflows. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software or technical experience.
• Experience designing and implementing technical solutions leveraging AI.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
