Job summary

Proclinical is seeking a Senior AI & Transformation Engineer to drive AI transformation across the business from strategy to production. You will identify high-value AI use cases, guide cross-functional teams, and lead advanced AI initiatives from concept through deployment.

The role requires 10+ years in software/AI fields, 3+ years building GenAI/LLM solutions, and strong communication with senior stakeholders. Hybrid work in NJ/NYC with enterprise-scale impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across software engineering, AI development or technology consulting.
• 3+ years building GenAI / LLM-based solutions.
• Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, agentic AI and multi-agent system.
• Proven experience deploying AI solutions into production environments.
• Experience leading complex technical projects and working with senior business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of software engineering practices including version control, CI/CD, testing and containerization.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience within consulting, regulated industries, AI enablement/training, MLOps or enterprise infrastructure would be advantageous.

Responsibilities
