Job summary

SHI is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect – Microsoft AI to drive AI-led presales engagements and revenue growth. You will own discovery, technical qualification, and end-to-end solution design for Microsoft AI, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform, coordinating with data governance and security specialists.

You will develop reference architectures, deliver proofs-of-concept, and shape market offerings for autonomous agent solutions and multi-agent orchestration.

Qualifications

• Senior level presales and solution architecture experience.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft AI ecosystem (Copilot for M365, Studio, Azure AI Foundry).
• Strong ability to design integrated, end-to-end AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue targets for AI-led professional services engagements.
• Lead discovery, design, and proposal development for AI and Copilot opportunities.
• Collaborate with Fabric/Power BI, Purview, and Security SAs to architect unified solutions.
• Develop reference architectures and proof-of-concept templates.
