Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate, AI Solutions Architect to build and scale AI-powered tools for our Marketing teams.

You’ll prototype, code, and ship tools hands-on, working with the Marketing Technology AI Solutions Architects to identify high-impact opportunities and iterate solutions from prototype to deployment. You’ll grow technically and strategically at the intersection of marketing and AI, with mentorship from experienced builders and exposure to end-to-end AI development

Qualifications

• 2–4 years at the intersection of marketing and technology, with hands-on tool-building.
• Proficient with JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python and APIs.
• Experience using AI APIs, MCPs, prompt chains, and low-code/no-code tools (Zapier, Make, Retool).
• Able to work with Product/Engineering to develop roadmaps and deliver solutions.
• Excellent communication for non-technical partners.
• Nice to have: background in Marketing Ops, Marketing Analytics, or MarTech.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI-powered tools and automations (reporting, QA, workflows).
• Develop MVPs and proof-of-concepts and iterate based on user feedback.
• Contribute to AI training materials, prompt/template libraries, and workshops.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing marketing tech stack with Data Eng/Analytics/Product teams.
• Evaluate third-party AI platforms and APIs to fit the stack.
• Track impact: efficiency gains and quality improvements.
• Automate time-consuming marketing processes across AdTech and Marketing Platforms.
• Support the AI Center of Excellence with frameworks, governance, and best practices.
