Job summary

Avathon is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead pre‑sales efforts for generative and agentic AI across energy, mining, manufacturing and aerospace sectors. You will anchor the technical work across the sales lifecycle, translating customer objectives into concrete architectures built on Avathon's CKG, Model Hub, Agent Foundry, and VAIA, integrated with cloud providers and OT/IT systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in enterprise SaaS applications.
• 5+ years of domain experience (software development, cloud, data/analytics, AI infra, or security).
• At least 6 years’ experience in customer facing roles.
• A certificate or demonstrated experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent listening and documentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in coordinating cross‑functional efforts.
• Flexibility to travel 20% or as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic technical roadmaps and implementation plans for generative and agentic AI solutions.
• Design and implement AI architectures across enterprise and industrial systems.
• Advise senior stakeholders on architectural trade‑offs and long‑term AI strategy.
• Mentor forward‑deployed engineers and account teams.
• Lead thought leadership initiatives and represent Avathon at industry events.
• Stay current with AI advancements and hyperscaler capabilities.
• Define evaluation frameworks for AI systems and governance.
