Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology delivery experience with architecture/leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience delivering production‑grade AI solutions (LLM, RAG, agentic workflows, ML‑enabled products).
• Hands‑on Python and/or modern full‑stack tech, APIs, cloud services, testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and prioritization to define AI opportunities by value, feasibility, risk, and adoption readiness.
• Create platform‑neutral solution blueprints including generative AI, agentic workflows, RAG, automation, and predictive models.
• Develop end‑to‑end architecture for model interaction, data access, APIs, identity, observability, security, and operations.
