Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology delivery experience with architecture/leadership.
• Proven production AI solutions experience (LLMs, RAG, automation).
• Hands-on Python and modern full-stack capabilities (APIs, cloud, deployments).
• Translate problems into measurable use cases, architecture decisions, risks.
• Experience with prompt design, model evaluation, and integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead use-case discovery, prioritize opportunities by value, feasibility, risk, and adoption.
• Create platform-neutral solution blueprints for generative AI and automation.
• Develop end-to-end architecture: model interactions, data, APIs, security, observability.
• Build or guide PoCs to validate feasibility, value, and risk before scaling.
• Provide hands-on developer enablement with designs, patterns, and reviews.
• Assess cloud AI services, foundational models, agent frameworks, and data platforms.
• Embed privacy, security, governance, and risk controls into architecture gates.
• Present decisions and trade-offs to engineering, risk partners, and execs.
• Develop reusable reference architectures, templates, and guardrails.
