Ingram Micro is seeking a Senior Principal Services Architect to design, build, test, and deploy production AI-powered solutions at scale. You will define reference architectures, engineering standards, and reusable components across regions, partnering with business and technical leaders to translate AI strategy into actionable plans.

You will own the technical direction of the AI services portfolio, mentor engineers, and drive end-to-end delivery from discovery to deployment and handoff across

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 10+ years in software engineering, cloud architecture, or technical consulting.
• 5+ years designing enterprise cloud, AI, ML, or data platform solutions.
• Experience engaging with enterprise customers and exec stakeholders.
• Experience leading large-scale technical architecture decisions.

Mansioni

• Run Center of Excellence engagement model with intake, prioritization, and criteria.
• Lead customer-zero and lighthouse engagements with defined handoffs.
• Lead solution architecture decisions and design novel architectures in customer environments.
• Define templates, components, tooling, and build patterns for production agents.
• Build production agents on Google Cloud frontier stack and select Vertex AI models.
• Implement grounding and retrieval with Vertex AI Search & Conversation; integrate tools, memory, and workflows.
• Define security, data boundary, and performance standards; run quality gates and reviews.
• Deploy solutions across customers via standard pipelines and publish in Google Workspace and Gemini ecosystems.
• Own reusable technical assets and accelerators for cross-customer reuse.
• Develop reusable AI offerings and packaging for marketplace discounts.
• Collaborate with partners to enable independent delivery; adapt playbooks across markets.
• Track advances in Google Cloud tech and model-ecosystem; decide what to integrate.
• Mentor engineers and help set technical direction for partner delivery teams.
