Job summary

Appnovation is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to translate business ideas into production-ready applications using AI design tools and modern full-stack frameworks. You will lead the frontend-heavy development, from concept to prototype, shaping design systems and AI-augmented workflows.

You will mentor a high-performance team, drive code quality, and define standards for scalable, secure, enterprise-grade software across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in full-stack development with 3+ years in management

Responsibilities

• Direct adoption of AI design tools to compress development lifecycles
• Define technical standards for production-grade full-stack apps
• Lead integration of design systems with AI-driven development
• Manage Jira-based workflow and ensure documentation meets enterprise standards
• Bridge Strategy, Creative and Technology to meet business objectives
• Oversee backend services and secure authentication across the portfolio
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services
• Collaborate with UX Designers and AI Builders throughout the lifecycle
