Computer Vision Specialist Recruiter in MedTech & HealthTech

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join one of our clients at the forefront of innovation in AI, analytics, and data‑driven solutions for life sciences and healthcare.

As a Solution Architect, you will design and oversee the architecture of custom AI and data science platforms that integrate large language models (LLMs), cloud‑native services, and containerized environments. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients to build scalable, compliant, and cutting‑edge solutions that transform how research, clinical, and commercial operations leverage AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect robust AI and data‑driven solutions leveraging modern cloud technologies and frameworks.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate commercial and open‑source tools, including Microsoft Azure, Python environments, and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Meta).
• Lead architecture and design sessions with client stakeholders to define solution requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Document and maintain detailed architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
• Provide hands‑on development and configuration of key architectural components, ensuring secure and efficient integration.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare and life sciences regulations (e.g. 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA) throughout project delivery.
• Define and promote best practices, governance models, and architectural standards for AI and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to assess AI maturity, define transformation roadmaps, and guide adoption of emerging technologies.
• Support pre‑sales and business development activities, including RFP responses, solution proposals, and client presentations.
• Drive innovation by evaluating emerging AI technologies and developing reusable frameworks and accelerators.
• Provide technical mentorship to engineering teams and contribute to internal knowledge‑sharing and AI strategy.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture and development, ideally within consulting or client‑facing environments.
• Hands‑on experience with retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) and AI orchestration platforms such as Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, and MLflow.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, Co‑Pilot, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, lifecycle management (MLOps), and data security best practices (Azure Security Center, Key Vault).
• Prior experience in life sciences or healthcare domains strongly preferred.
