Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of our partner company, seeks a Senior AI Solution Architect based in the United States. You will lead discovery, design, and rapid development of AI-powered solutions in collaboration with business leaders, product managers, and technical experts to turn complex problems into scalable production systems.

You will build prototypes, validate with real data, measure impact on efficiency and costs, and drive adoption across divisions with a builder mindset and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in a technical field; 10+ years engineering experience.
• Proven AI/ML solution design and deployment in enterprise settings.
• Strong Python/Java development and prototyping skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, design, and rapid development of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities.
• Build prototypes and proofs of concept using enterprise data.
• Validate solutions against real workflows and data to show measurable impact.
• Coach and mentor teammates; support adoption and production rollout.
• Define KPIs and monitor performance of solutions.
