Job summary

HCLTech seeks an AI Architect to guide strategy and delivery for interoperable, compliant AI solutions across a Hybrid AI landscape. You will architect patterns for multi‑agent systems, memory, and RAG pipelines, balancing security, governance, and cost while engaging business leaders.

You will lead cross‑cloud integrations, define GenAIOps standards, and mentor teams, shaping enterprise architectures at scale in a global tech environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years leading technical initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Cloud architecture with one primary platform and hands-on familiarity with others.
• Experience architecting GenAI/LLM solutions (Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock).
• Proven ability to design and optimize RAG pipelines and orchestration.
• Experience with instruction tuning or fine-tuning generative models.
• Strong communication to advise Directors/C‑Level on strategy and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define multi‑agent architectural patterns spanning hierarchical, peer‑to‑peer, and sequential orchestration.
• Design memory architectures including vector stores and knowledge graphs with retrieval strategies.
• Establish RAG/CAG pipelines with gating, chunking, embedding, and reranking.
• Guide cross‑cloud integration while balancing vendor lock‑in risks and benefits.
• Define GenAIOps standards, CI/CD, IaC, and observability metrics for agentic systems.
• Lead safety, security, governance, and HITL workflows aligned to standards like NIST/ISO.
• Architect scalable enterprise integrations with Entra ID, Teams, ERPs, and Kubernetes.
