Job summary

Qualifications

• Curiosity about AI, automation, technology, and organizational change
• Experience documenting workflows and business processes
• Understanding of knowledge management, information architecture, or data governance concepts
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Organizational Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field
• Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving abilities
• Ability to simplify complex problems and communicate solutions clearly

Responsibilities

• Understand workflows, decision‑making, and how information moves through the organization
• Identify inefficiencies, knowledge gaps, and opportunities to improve how work gets done
• Document current-state processes and uncover patterns across teams
• Assess how teams organize information, documentation, and business knowledge
• Design information and data structures that enable automation with AI
• Partner with technical teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions
• Redesign workflows to leverage AI, automation, and emerging tech
• Define how people, data, systems, and AI agents should work together
• Create future-state process, operating model, and agent architecture recommendations
• Help teams adopt AI-enabled tools and build confidence with AI
