The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to advance our AI and developer tooling capabilities. You will design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end software solutions that span multiple applications and technologies, collaborating with teams to deliver impact.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with LLM APIs, agentic frameworks, and plugin ecosystems, plus strong leadership and cross-team collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related STEM field.
• 6 additional years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with large language model APIs or agentic frameworks.
• Experience building/publishing plugins or extensions in developer tool ecosystems.
• Experience deploying agentic solutions on AWS MCP platforms.
• Ability to coordinate AI initiatives across a large enterprise.
