Job summary

FullStack, an AI-native engineering partner, is hiring a Senior AI Software Engineer (LangGraph) to join our team. You will work with incredible clients, either by augmenting their teams or by designing and building FullStack products, delivering production-grade AI workflows.

You should have 5+ years of software development, strong backend skills, and hands-on LangGraph experience, plus a proactive ownership mindset and ability to communicate with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development and Enterprise Configuration APIs.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• 1-4 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven applications and workflows in production.
• Hands-on expertise with LangGraph, including building, orchestrating, and managing complex AI workflows.
• Strong backend software engineering skills, with experience designing scalable services, APIs, and enterprise application integrations.
• Extensive experience with at least one enterprise ecosystem: Workday, Oracle Fusion, SAP SuccessFactors, or UKG Pro WFM.
• Strong history of technical leadership, code reviews, and offshore handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to augment their teams or contribute to FullStack product development.
• Design, build, and deliver AI-driven workflows and integrations in production.
• Lead code reviews and coordinate offshore handoffs.
• Communicate complex architecture to senior leadership.
