Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer (LangGraph) to join our team. This role offers two paths: team augmentation and design & build on our product. You will collaborate with client teams or work on internal products to deliver AI-enabled solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of software development, strong backend/API design skills, and hands-on LangGraph experience. We value ownership, clear communication with leadership, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development and Enterprise Configuration APIs.
• Four-year college degree is required.
• 1-4 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven applications in production.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph and building complex AI workflows.
• Experience with at least one enterprise ecosystem: Workday, Oracle Fusion, SAP SuccessFactors or UKG Pro WFM.
• Strong leadership, communication to senior leadership, and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Team Augmentation: integrate into client teams and work with their designers and engineers daily.
• Design & Build: contribute to a FullStack product team delivering a product to clients.
