Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/engineering or related field (Master preferred).
• 5+ years of end-to-end ML model lifecycle in production.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, structured outputs, and evaluation.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Strands AI or equivalent architectures.
• Design/build AI agents with planning, memory, tool calling, and workflow orchestration.
• Strong Python backend skills with Flask or Django and building production APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design AI systems and end-to-end AI solutions.
• Develop LLM-powered applications and agent workflows.
• Build multi-agent orchestration with clear control flow and observability.
• Productionize models and AI agents with monitoring and safety standards.
• Create data/inference pipelines and evaluate model quality and latency.
