The role collaborates with Product, UX, and Data/Science teams to align AI capabilities with business goals; requires 5+ years in software engineering and strong Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow experience. A hybrid work model and ongoing career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 1+ year focused on AI/ML
• Strong Python and API development
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Knowledge of RAG architectures, AI agents, and agent-based systems
• Experience deploying AI models into production via data pipelines and APIs

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex AI systems, including multi-component pipelines, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and AI agents
• Build and maintain robust testing frameworks, monitoring solutions, and ethical AI practices
• Proactively identify risks and performance issues, using data-driven insights to improve systems
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Data/Science teams to align AI capabilities with business goals
• Conduct POCs to assess emerging technologies and validate AI use cases
• Evaluate existing systems and propose architectural, scalability, and efficiency improvements
• Stay current with AI advancements and promote adoption of relevant tools and technologies
