Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to lead advanced AI initiatives in Chicago. You will architect AWS-based AI platforms, oversee GenAI deployments, and guide teams across engineering, data, and security to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and deep knowledge of MLOps, data lakehouse architectures, and enterprise integration patterns. Banking/wealth domain experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in AWS Cloud Architecture (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS, Athena, Glue, Redshift, API Gateway).
• Designing Generative AI and agentic AI solutions.
• Experience with LLMs and foundation models (Claude, GPT, Llama, Amazon Nova, Mistral).
• Knowledge of AI frameworks & orchestration and vector search implementations.
• Familiarity with RAG architectures and vector databases (OpenSearch, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS).
• AI governance, responsible AI, model monitoring, and security.
• MLOps practices incl. lifecycle management and deployment.
• Data architecture and engineering (lakehouse, pipelines, metadata, data quality).
• Event-driven and API-driven architectures; microservices design.
• Strong solution architecture, design thinking, and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Banking, Wealth Management, Investment, or Advisory domain is preferred.
