Job summary

TeamViewer GmbH in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced C++ developer to design, implement, and maintain core C++ functionality for our remote access, support, and control products across Windows and WebAssembly. You will help shape AI-powered automation capabilities and build robust APIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional C++ development experience.
• Experience with Windows internals, networking, distributed systems, or security-focused development.
• Experience with web technologies such as React and TypeScript.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and validating generated code through testing and code review.
• Understanding of permissions, auditing, and secure execution of automated actions on customer systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core C++ functionality for TeamViewer's remote access, support, and control products across Windows and WebAssembly.

• Build AI-powered automation capabilities, including diagnostics, remediation workflows, and secure execution of actions on customer endpoints.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional C++ development experience, including modern C++ (C++17+) and asynchronous programming.

• Strong expertise in one or more of the following: Windows internals, networking, distributed systems, or security-focused development.

• Experience with web technologies such as React and TypeScript.

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and validating generated code through testing and code review.

• Understanding of permissions, auditing, and secure execution of automated actions on customer systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
