Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking a senior AI-focused software engineer to build AI-powered capabilities for the TeamViewer Tia platform and broader AI initiatives. The role emphasizes designing scalable services and intelligent workflows with a strong emphasis on quality, reliability, and security.

You will collaborate with product, platform, and security teams to deploy customer-facing AI features, and contribute to engineering best practices across global teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with Python
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered applications
• Experience with modern AI technologies including LLMs, retrieval systems, and workflow orchestration
• Proven ability to define success metrics and use data to improve outcomes
• Strong understanding of architecture, distributed systems and cloud-based apps

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python expertise and a track record of delivering production-grade systems.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered applications, platforms, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience working with modern AI technologies, including LLMs, retrieval systems, tool integrations, and workflow orchestration.
• Proven ability to define success metrics, evaluate system performance, and use data to improve outcomes.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-based applications.
• Familiarity with the challenges of deploying AI systems in production, including reliability, security, scalability, and performance.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools while maintaining high standards for code quality and maintainability.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
