Responsibilities include building AI-enabled software, integrating AI platforms, and developing tools to boost engineering productivity while ensuring governance, security, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• 7+ years of software engineering, cloud engineering, solution architecture, or related disciplines.
• 2+ years implementing AI, Generative AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, or AI-powered software solutions.
• Proven track record leading the adoption of new technologies and driving transformational initiatives across multiple teams or business functions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support AI-enabled software solutions and automation capabilities.
• Build and maintain integrations with generative AI platforms, large language models, copilots, and AI services.
• Develop internal AI tools, agents, and workflows that improve engineering productivity and operational efficiency.
• Partner with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to identify opportunities where AI can accelerate delivery and improve outcomes.
• Implement AI capabilities within software development, testing, documentation, and support processes.
• Develop APIs, services, and cloud-based applications that leverage AI technologies.
• Evaluate model performance, prompt effectiveness, accuracy, and reliability while continuously improving solution quality.
• Follow established AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor emerging AI trends and contribute ideas for new use cases and future capabilities.
• Collaborate with teammates to document solutions, share knowledge, and advance organizational AI maturity.
