The position is based in Roswell, GA (Hybrid) and Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid), following a hybrid schedule with in-office Mon-Thu and remote on Fridays.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software eng, cloud, or solution architecture.
• 2+ years AI/Generative AI experience.
• Deep understanding of APIs, microservices, DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support AI-enabled software solutions and automation capabilities.
• Build integrations with generative AI platforms, LLMs, copilots, and AI services.
• Develop internal AI tools, agents, and workflows to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to apply AI for faster delivery.
• Implement AI capabilities in development, testing, doc, and support processes.
• Develop APIs, services, and cloud apps leveraging AI technologies.
• Evaluate models, prompts, accuracy, and reliability; improve quality.
• Adhere to AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance standards.
• Monitor AI trends and propose new use cases and capabilities.
• Document solutions and share knowledge to raise AI maturity.
