Job summary

Rheem Manufacturing Company in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Director of Analytics, Insights & AI to lead enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategy. The role owns the Enterprise Data Platform, drives Power BI adoption, and oversees AI/ML initiatives that deliver measurable value across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales, and HR.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in data/analytics/AI with 5+ years in a director role.
• Proven experience leading enterprise data platforms at scale in manufacturing.
• Deep technical expertise with Databricks, Azure data services, Power BI, Python, SQL.
• Experience delivering AI/ML solutions with MLOps and governance.
• Strong governance, MDM, and data quality management experience.
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion or EBS into data platforms.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and vendor negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year enterprise data, analytics, and AI roadmap.
• Lead the Data Analytics & AI CoE, governance, and best practices.
• Own end-to-end EDP architecture on Databricks and Azure.
• Drive lakehouse design, data pipelines, and real-time/batch processing.
• Lead Power BI program, dashboard standards, and self-service analytics.
• Oversee AI initiatives including predictive analytics and NLP.
