Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in C# and modern .NET, including ASP.NET Core.
• Experience with Blazor or React for full-stack development.
• Strong SQL Server development, indexing and query optimization.
• Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architecture, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of a ground-up rewrite of Tower Loan's platform.
• Build modular services with clear boundaries and well-defined APIs.
• Implement event-driven communication using messaging technologies.
• Develop AI-enabled features to accelerate development and automate workflows.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to ensure reliability and security.
