Job summary

Tower Loan of Mississippi, LLC is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to drive a ground-up rewrite of our loan origination and servicing platform. You will apply AI to accelerate development, build modular services, and ensure scalable, secure software across hundreds of locations.

Responsibilities include leading architecture, implementing event-driven systems with Kafka, and guiding QA with automated tests. Strong C#, ASP.NET Core, Blazor/React skills and SQL Server expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in C# and modern .NET, including ASP.NET Core and API development.
• Full-stack skills with Blazor/React and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript).
• Strong SQL Server development and troubleshooting, including indexing and query optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of complex features for a ground-up platform rewrite.
