Age of Learning, Inc. is seeking an AI Software Engineer to design and implement AI-driven workflows for web and mobile products. You will help orchestrate agents, guide AI tooling usage, and own new features from development through production.

Join the ABCmouse product team to shape how AI engineering defines our engineering culture and outcomes. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in consumer-facing software, strong communication, and a track record of delivering cross-platform mobile experiences

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally consumer-facing and content-driven web or mobile applications.
• 2+ years prompting, evaluating, and building with LLMs and AI coding assistants.
• Deep experience with agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and context window management.
• Track record of using AI tooling to multiply output as a development partner.
• Shipped production cross‑platform mobile applications to iOS App Store and Google Play.

Responsibilities

• Apply agentic workflows across the SDLC — refactoring, test generation, debugging, documentation, codebase navigation.
• Own features end-to-end through production — monitor what you ship and use data to validate assumptions.
• Drive technical decisions and architectural direction for your area of ownership.
• Leave the codebase cleaner than you found it — refactoring as part of shipping.
• Partner with Product, Design, and stakeholders to align on scope and timelines.
• Identify, design, and develop features for web, iOS, and Android.
