Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in consumer-facing web/mobile apps.
• 2+ years prompting, evaluating, and building with AI coding assistants.
• Deep experience with agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and context window management.

Responsibilities

• Apply agentic workflows across the SDLC and evolve AI-Native practices.
• Own features end-to-end through production with data-driven validation.
• Drive technical decisions and architectural direction for your area.
• Leave the codebase cleaner through ongoing refactoring as part of shipping.
