Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking an AI Service-as-Software Solutions Architect to join our Plano, TX team. You will engage C-suite executives, translate complex priorities into actionable AI-enabled architectures, and own end-to-end solution blueprints.

Your role spans strategy, architecture, governance, and delivery leadership across multiple domains and platforms. You will lead executive sessions, shape value-driven roadmaps, and ensure risk controls and KPI-driven value realization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise solution architecture and large-scale delivery.
• Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder AI/digital-transformation pursuits.
• Deep knowledge of Agentic AI and GenAI patterns.
• Business-process orientation across multiple domains.
• Experience with cloud, data, apps, integrations, and security layers.

Responsibilities

• Engage executives to identify high-friction workflows and value opportunities for AI-native transformation.
• Lead discovery sessions, design workshops, and executive briefings to shape end-to-end solutions.
• Translate business priorities into clear problem statements, future-state workflows, and measurable outcomes.
• Create executive-ready narratives, demos, and proposals showing governed AI in action.
• Own end-to-end solution blueprint across processes, data, integrations, and security.
• Guide architecture choices across hyperscalers, platforms, and customer environments.
• Ensure governance, risk controls, and measurable value attribution are embedded.
• Lead pursuit from qualification through closure with cross-functional teams.
