Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking an AI Security Senior Consultant to lead advisory work on securing AI deployments and governing AI risk across enterprise environments.

You will guide senior stakeholders, develop risk registers and governance artifacts, and collaborate with Data, Infrastructure, Identity and Application Security teams to translate strategy into implementable requirements. Travel and senior-level client interactions are involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Risk Management
• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk, or technology consulting, including AI/ML
• Experience with AI/ML concepts including model development, training, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation
• Experience applying AI risk/security frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, EU AI Act)
• Experience conducting risk assessments, gap analyses, or maturity assessments in cybersecurity, privacy, or governance
• Willingness to travel 25-50% on average
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Preferred: consulting/client delivery experience and AI workflow templates

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and current-state assessments of AI cybersecurity controls, governance, risk management across units and AI use cases
• Facilitate workshops with security, risk, data science, legal and business leaders
• Develop AI risk registers, control frameworks and maturity assessments aligned to standards
• Translate strategic recommendations into roadmaps and coordinate with practitioners on implementation
• Draft governance artifacts, policy templates, risk tiering, and awareness materials
• Own a workstream within a broader engagement and support client demonstrations and pursuits
• Possess strong communication and teamwork to deliver quality outputs
