Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an AI Security Manager in their Cyber Strategy & Transformation group in Austin, TX. You will lead engagements that help clients govern, manage, and secure AI deployments while aligning business risk with cybersecurity strategy.

You will translate objectives into governance frameworks, manage multidisciplinary teams, and craft reusable cyber strategy assets. Travel up to 50%, with immigration sponsorship possible for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or Risk Management.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity, risk management, or tech consulting experience including AI/ML risk advisory.
• Experience designing AI governance frameworks and risk operating models for enterprise clients.
• Experience with AI/ML architectures and AI/Regulatory frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEEE 42001, EU AI Act).
• Experience leading client-facing advisory or risk engagements across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel 25-50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI cybersecurity strategy assessments, governance workshops, and risk model design for clients adopting AI.
• Translate objectives, obligations, and risk appetite into AI governance frameworks and control operating models.
• Advise on AI security strategy while reviewing governance artifacts and risk assessments.
• Manage engagement scope, teams, milestones, and client expectations across AI security programs.
• Coordinate with Data, Infrastructure, Identity, App Security, and Security Operations leaders to implement strategic recommendations.
• Shape solutions during pursuits through workshops, briefings, proposals, and delivery plans.
