Job summary

Deloitte France's Cyber Strategy & Transformation team seeks an AI Security Senior Consultant to help clients secure AI deployments with governance and risk-management programs. You will lead discovery, develop risk registers, and craft roadmaps across data, infrastructure, identity and application security teams.

The role combines client advisory with cyber risk governance, translating requirements into actionable controls and policy drafts while guiding junior consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Risk Management
• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk, or technology consulting, including AI/ML, data governance, or emerging technology risk
• Experience with AI/ML concepts: model development, training, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic architectures
• Experience applying AI risk/security frameworks: NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, EU AI Act
• Experience conducting risk assessments, gap analyses, or maturity assessments and developing strategy documents, governance frameworks, and executive materials
• Ability to travel 25-50% on average
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Preferred: consulting/client delivery or advisory roles; building prompts/templates for AI workflows; governance platforms/tools; ML lifecycle with PyTorch/TensorFlow/MLflow; reusable strategy assets; experience in regulated industries; relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CDPSE, AIGP, ISO/IEC 42001)

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and current-state assessments of AI cybersecurity controls governance, risk management and security practices
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops with security, risk, data science, legal and business leaders to surface AI risk concerns
• Develop AI risk registers, control frameworks and maturity assessments aligned to standards like NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS
• Translate strategic recommendations into workstream roadmaps coordinating with Data, Infrastructure, Identity and Application Security practitioners
• Draft governance artifacts including AI use-case intake processes, policy templates and model risk tiering approaches
• Own a workstream within a broader engagement, manage dependencies and provide day-to-day guidance to consultants
• Support client demonstrations, executive readouts, and pursuits with research and estimation inputs
